Hosting services catered specifically towards needs of the yachting community such as laundry, sauna and gym services, a library, shop and lecture facility, the club also sports recreational and business areas.
Provision has been made for a diving hub with diving pool and training facility, a restaurant optimizing spectacular views with an outdoor bar and deck, rooftop viewing area as well as a deck designed specifically to accommodate sun-bathers. Below this is a storage area for the nautical and diving clubs as well as provisions for waste management.
Design inspiration tracks successes of leaders in the yachting industry. Extending the project’s longevity through ownership, ties in with a commitment towards sustainability. Following advancements made through the yachting industry the project not only champions these advancements, but seeks to incorporate such technology by collaborating with industry specialists in the next phase of refining
design developments.
